Privacy Policy

We want to be clear about how we handle your data.

Bits&Letters builds websites and digital experiences. We collect and retain only the information needed to operate this site, respond to inquiries, measure marketing performance (when you allow it), and debug occasional technical issues.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (including PostHog and Fathom) to understand aggregate site performance, things like which pages are popular and where people drop off. These tools help us improve the site; they are not used to sell your data.

Advertising measurement

When you visit from outside the EU/UK, or when an EU/UK visitor accepts advertising cookies, we may load measurement tags from:

  • Google Ads (gtag.js), with Google Consent Mode v2
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Reddit Pixel

These tags help us understand whether paid campaigns led to a consultation request or a booked intro call. They may set cookies or similar identifiers for conversion and audience measurement. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use these tags to run ads on unrelated sites beyond what each platform’s own tools support for our campaigns.

EU/UK visitors see a cookie banner with Accept and Decline. Declining keeps advertising storage denied; analytics may still run. You can clear site data in your browser to reset that choice.

Contact and bookings

If you submit a consultation form or book a call, we receive the details you provide (such as name, email, company, and message) so we can respond. Form submissions are processed by our form provider; bookings are processed by Cal.com.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell your data.
  • We don’t track you around the web as a data broker.
  • Newsletter signups are not treated as paid-media lead conversions on this site.
